Directions: 1. In a food processor or grinder, combine the almonds and rolled oats. Pulse until a medium to fine meal forms. 2. In a jar, mix the Castile soap, lavender essential oil, and the ground meal until well combined. 3. To use, apply a small amount of the scrub to a damp washcloth, sponge, or shower scrunchy. Gently scrub the wet skin in the shower, rinse, and pat dry.
